Kehan(Genghis) Luo

My name is Kehan (Genghis) Luo (骆可瀚), and I am a PhD student in Statistics and Data Science at Northwestern University. I graduated from NYU Shanghai with a double major in Honors Mathematics and Data Science (AI track).

My research interests lie in the mathematical foundations of machine learning, especially optimization, high-dimensional sampling, and optimal transport. I have conducted research in diffusion models, high-dimensional sampling, and learning theory, exploring both theoretical and practical approaches. I am also interested in applications of machine learning to medicine and finance.
